I met Cristina years and years ago when I shot Caitlin and Brians wedding. She was the maid of honor and it was B.E. (before Eric). A few years pass and I got an email from her saying that she was engaged and planning a wedding on Peaks Island off of Portland, ME. I was on board for so many reasons. I had remembered Cristina being super sweet at Caitlins wedding, but I also knew anyone who was BFF’s with Caitlin was also someone who I would cherish. The second reason I was on board was because I LOVE PEAKS ISLAND. Its such a magical little place. And when I say little I mean little. When I met up with Cristine and Eric for their engagement session I fell in love with them right off the bat… SHOCKING. I pretty much love everyone I meet, but these two are two people who are so down to earth and comforting that you just cant help but have a blast and relax. Eric came with me to their session and we had drinks and food after. Driving home Eric looked at me and said “I really like them I think they will be our new friends. The day of their wedding he kept texting me asking me to send him pictures of “his new friends”. They are two people that are meant to be together. Their friends, families and EVERY single person at that wedding had such a comforting vibe and I honestly didn’t want to get on the ferry home. I felt like they were all family. You guys have NOTHING but amazing memories ahead and I cant wait to see what lies ahead!!! XOXO
