Lauren & John

December 7, 2017

I’m sitting in my studio with my Christmas tree on blasting Christmas music. Its one of those things where it makes me super happy even though I am crazy busy. I am trying to get as many weddings delivered before the holiday but at the same time I am trying to enjoy this time of year. My favorite thing to do is sit at night in front of my tree all curled up watching movies. BUT I had such a crazy fall shooting that sitting around watching movies isn’t really in the plan for me. I really pride myself on delivering clients there images within a month. Poor Lauren and John got married on October 28th, the last wedding of my crazy stretch. So, they have been amazingly patient and I appreciate it more than they know.

So, with that said I am so excited to share their amazing wedding. I knew from the second Lauren emailed me that she was going to be one of those brides that I was going to be friends with. From her first email we literally talked nonstop. There was something warm and fun about her. I knew if she was like that than John would have to be pretty amazing too. AND he was. I mean this guy is just the sweetest most lovable guy. Both sets of parents raised incredible kids who were meant to be together. And I was just fortunate enough to be the photographer to capture the first day of their “Happily Ever After”. I honestly did feel lucky to have been chosen as their photographer. Their wedding day was not work for me. It was A BLAST! I mean Jill, my second shooter, and I even went to the after party and enjoyed some dirty martinis. The entire wedding Jill kept saying “this is not normal for everything to be so perfect and flawless, I am waiting for something to happen”. But it literally just ran that smoothly. I think its because of how amazing not only John and Lauren are, but how amazing their friends and families are as well. I love you all and hope to see you again soon!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for being patient and so amazing!
