I am back and recharged. Totally needed that little get away. I mean it was a stay-cation, but it was just what the doctor ordered. Lots of beach, prosecco, seafood, pringles, Doritos, and so much more. Today I turned in my swim suite and beach cover up for a sports bra and sneakers. It was bittersweet. I do love my routine and I love my gym, but I think I might like the beach a little more. What I don’t like is the extra pounds and tight clothes that comes with a week of fun in the sun! Anyway, I hope you all had an amazing 4th!
Meet Becca and Steve! These two got married last month on a PERFECT day. The entire weekend was pretty perfect. My girl Lisa second shot with me so we left SUPER early and stopped for so many fun road trip snacks. When we got there we toured the Barn and immediately fell in love. It is such a perfect New England barn with views that make your jaw drop. After that we grabbed some lunch at the Mountain View Grand where the girls were getting ready. When I walked into Becca’s room she was literally BEAMING with joy. If I wasn’t excited to shoot their wedding before I saw her she brought it to the next level. She was already in her dress which we had planned out before so I couldn’t wait for her to get out of the hair chair to do the big reveal. It was stunning. I mean the perfect dress. Her and her girls were a blast from the beginning of the day to the end. When we got to the guys they were the exact same way. Everyone was just beyond nice and so fun. When our time came to an end I cant tell you how many times Lisa and I hugged Becca and Steve. If my feet weren’t killing me I totally would have stayed to hang out. The dance floor was packed and the shots were flowing. This group totally knows how to party. Guys, I am so happy that I was able to be a part of your day. You two are amazing and I cant wait to photograph the next chapter of your life. Love you both!
